Fresh Winter Ikebana
(photo via the book Ikebana: Japanese Flower Arranging for Today's Interiors by Diane Norman & Michelle Cornell)
I need to be short and sweet today. I've got a book scan for you (from Christmas gifts of the past) of a pretty Winter Ikebana arrangement. It is proof and inspiration that it doesn't take much to create something beautiful with modest supplies. There are only three things in that vase! Ah, Ikebana, the ancient art of Japanese flower arranging, so elegant, if you can master it.
